This data protection declaration is based on the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU). With this data protection declaration we would like to inform you in detail about how we handle your data. We reserve the right to change the content of this data protection declaration, especially if we offer new or changed services or if legal changes require an adjustment, provided this is in the interest of TrainSpot GmbH and reasonable for the users.
2. SCOPE
We process personal data that we receive from our customers as part of our business relationship. In addition, to the extent necessary to provide our services, we process personal data that we lawfully obtain from publicly accessible sources (e.g. commercial registers, websites). We use this personal data without your express consent exclusively to enable the use of the services we offer and to process inquiries and orders.
