RE4MER Training is a 45-minute full-body workout under supervision.

It is designed to improve your strength and increase your flexibility, balance, posture and coordination. The reformer device resembles a kind of bed and moves forward and backward. It has various features and equipment, such as springs, to increase resistance during exercise.​
